Official Statement from Mavin Records on Wande Coal's Exit
It is with deep regret that we officially announce the departure of recording artist Wande Ojosipe, popularly known as Wande Coal, from Mavin Records due to irreconcilable differences.
Over the past few months, Mavin Records has made a concerted move to consolidate its position in the Nigerian music industry. Mavin has pursued a renewed ethos to raise its standards of quality and professionalism to a world-class level. Wande’s vision has not aligned with ours and a few months ago all parties mutually agreed that a separation would be the best course of action.
Legal parties on both sides have spent the past six months trying to reach an amicable solution in terms of musical property rights. However the decision by Wande Coal to release ‘Baby Face’ purportedly as his own material is a direct breach of intellectual property law and compelled an immediate clarification on our part.

Title to the house is held in both Khloe and Lamar's names. Khloe intends to divorce Lamar, but no documents have been prepared or filed because she knows he's in a fragile state and doesn't want to push him over the edge.
Gov Sullivan Chime admits detaining his wife, but says its in her interest
Governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State has confirmed reports that he is keeping his wife incarcerated, but that he is doing so in her interest.
“I wanted the best for her and that’s why I pleaded with the doctors to have her treated at home,” he stated during a press conference in Enugu. “That’s also why I allowed her access to her telephone and laptop which unfortunately led to the stage where I’m now being falsely accused of imprisoning or detaining my own wife.”
Offering an explanation about his decision, the governor said, “My wife has some medical challenges and it would be very unkind for me to talk about her condition on the pages of newspapers,” the governor said at a strange press conference in Govt House.

Fulani herdsmen kill family of four in Plateau State
Mr. Musatapha said, however, that no arrest has been made, but investigations were ongoing. He assured Plateau residents that the suspects would be brought to book. The ugly incident occurred at about 4.a.m when the attackers, suspected to be Fulani herdsmen, invaded the village. According to witnesses, the attackers wore masks and were armed with guns.

I have heard and seen some folks rants about me stealing production credit for Wande Coal's new single "Baby Face" and I would like to clarify this issue. I was only doing my job by making the beat for Wande and that's what I did. I don't see any reason why people should jump into quick conclusions without taking their time to really dig into the matter for facts.
Two years back, I remember I created a demo for Wande Coal's "Shawty Go Low" and someone else took the credits. I was in shock because I had plans to finish the song with Wande and was hoping it would be released as a single which I produced. Ruggedman: CALLED ME: begging to be on the event list of awardees and performance with his so called backup singer on a faithful day. We accepted he should attend the event as an award winner and also do a performance for his fans. In this said informal agreement we on our own side are expected to do him a to and fro air ticket from Lagos for two persons, him and his so call backup singer, hotel accommodation, and feeding for the time they will be staying.
We sent him the tickets reference number(ZYRBRL-Aero contractors) and he came into Abuja on Friday the 25th of October 2013 and was picked up from the airport without delay. He was also checked into a classic hotel (Top Rank Galaxy Hotel,2 rooms) alongside other celebrities as agreed, with food and drinks on ground for him to enjoy a day before the event.
