Check out a bride's makeup for her wedding in Liberia (photos)

Bindu and Siafa tied the knot this weekend in Bomi County, Liberia. Philip Blamo, a US-based Liberian man, who posted the photos on Facebook wrote:

"It Is Getting Serious In Liberia We Need More Cosmetology Schools Says Rev. Blamo. Rev. Philip Blamo of the New Creation International Ministries In Liberia is calling on Liberian women home and abroad to invest in the business of Cosmetology to help women in the professional skill or practice of beautifying the face, hair, and skin.
Rev. Blamo said as the results of lack of professional skills and training many young Liberian women using make-up with our professional help are looking worse than they were before."

This makeup wasn’t done by a Liberian, it was a Liberian guy who posted it on his FACEBOOK page for fun. That’s not Liberian women kind of hair style on the bride head before will I talk about the makeup 😏

First let's talk about the obvious demon here. SKIN BLEACHING!!!
YOUR SKIN YOU WERE GIVEN BY GOD IS BEAUTIFUL. WHO WILL DISPUTE GOD?
You cannot change your DNA nor should you want to. You will scorn and shun your daughters because they dont look like cardi B, or Nickie Minage who also bleach their skin.
This is called COLORISM AND IT IS THE MOST POWERFUL TOOL OF INSTITUTIONAL RACISM. GETTING YOU TO BE JEALOUS EACH OTHER BASED HOW WHITE YOUR SKIN CAN BE AND HOW CURVY LIkE A BLACK WOMAN YOUR BODY CAN BE.
It has nothing to do with Nationalism. However it does have to do with B m ack Men praising worshiping and desiring Anglo looking features and putting down the beautiful Black Women who cook clean and have babies for you. Women fashioned like your beautiful mothers.
