Seriously I am thinking about it. I have four kids. That has taken its toll on my body. I am not against plastic surgery as long as you're not doing it for extremely vain reasons. If you need it, you should do it. If I see any irregularities in my body that I cannot control, I will do it.

Stella Damascus tying the knot soon?

The actress was spotted with what looks like an engagement ring at the Mode Men Awards fueling speculations that she is soon to tie the knot again.

Playboy girl Sherlyn Chopra to star in Kamasutra 3D

Actress Sherlyn Chopra, the first Indian girl to pose nude for international magazine Playboy, has bagged a role in 'Kamasutra 3D', to be directed by Rupesh Paul.
"I am glad to have Sherlyn on board. She has the earthiness and sensuality that her character requires. This will be a redefining film of her career," Paul said in a statement.
Paul announced the project at the Cannes Film Festival this year. But Sherlyn has been locked for a key role only recently.
The film is expected to premiere at the prestigious festival in 2013. 

Up coming singer Tiwa Banks brutally stabbed by her landlord's son

Up and coming singer, Tiwa Banks, (pictured above) was allegedly brutally assaulted yesterday Monday December 10th by her landlord's son; some guy named Tobi Obadina.

According to the people who sent out the story, Tiwa was attacked last night in her apartment at 20, Yusuf Street, Araromi Bus/Stop Alimosho by Tobi after they had a misunderstanding earlier in the day. They said he broke a bottle on her head then stabbed her.

Tiwa was rushed to UETA hospital where she's still receiving treatment, and I hear Tobi was arrested this morning and is being held at Moshalashi Police station.

I don't know who this lady is or know anyone that knows her, but I will look for her and get more details about this incident. Violence against women should never be tolerated.

NDLEA Appoints Stella Damasus, Lamboginny As Ambassadors

 

The National Law and Drug Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has appointed sultry actress, Stella Damasus and singer Yinka Lawanson, otherwise known as Lamboginny, as its ambassadors. This is the first time the agency will appoint ambassadors.
 

Speaking during the official unveiling of the new ambassadors at the NDLEA headquarters in Lagos yesterday morning, the Director General of the agency, Dr. Femi Ajayi, said Stella and Lamboginny were painstakingly picked for the honour due to their outstanding positive impacts on youths and the society at large.

Jenni Rivera Dies in Plane Crash

Jenni Rivera died on Sunday morning in Mexico after the plane she was flying on crashed shortly after takeoff, leaving no survivors. Rivera, 43, was recently divorced from her third husband and is survived by her five children.

Rivera's father and brother confirmed her death on Telemundo.
Four other passengers and two pilots were also aboard the plane. It was headed from Monterrey to Toluca, after Rivera performed in Monterrey on Saturday night.
Mexico's transportation ministry says the plane lost contact with radar at 3:15 AM, approximately 61 miles from Monterrey.
Rivera was named one of the 25 most powerful women by People en Español and reportedly signed on recently to do a comedy pilot for ABC. She has sold over 20 million albums worldwide.

She was traveling with her publicist, lawyer, a family friend and two pilots,May their souls rest in peace.Amen.

ECOWAS Vows Never to Invite Obasanjo Again For Election Monitoring

Following embarrassing and undemocratic utterances by General Olusegun Obasanjo at yesterday’s meeting of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the leadership of the commission today held a review meeting that could end the possibility of future election observation on its behalf by the former Nigerian leader.

As reported yesterday, Obasanjo was the figure behind the recommendation of the ECOWAS observation team to curtail the media in election observation that contradicts the position of ECOWAS and other international democracy observers.

PDP Considers Replacing "Brain Dead" Taraba Governor

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is considering its options in replacing Governor Danbaba Suntai of Taraba State as it is becoming clearer he is unlikely to recover from his head injuries.

How Kidnappers Seized Nigeria Finance Minister Okonjo-Iweala’s Mother From The Palace

The kidnap of Professor Kamene Okonjo, the 82-year old mother of Nigeria's finance minister Ngozi okonjo-Iweala was executed by a group of daredevil kidnappers who disguised as palace guards while her husband was traveling in Abuja.

A man in police custody who allegedly led the kidnappers to Mrs. Okonjo's compound a few minutes before the incident took place  was said to have informed the housemaid that he was in the palace to take the queen mother to somewhere in the town for a traditional event.
