Is this Kanye West's rumoured alternative album cover?

Here's another supposed artwork for Kanye West's forthcoming sixth studio album, 'Yeezus'. The new artwork surfaced online a few days ago and features a cartoonized Kanye being nailed to a Y shaped cross. No one can say for sure that this is the official album cover but here's hoping, as a Christian, that it is not! We will all have to wait till June 18th to find out!

Upset judge sends Okotie’s former keyboardist to jail over FB posts

An upset magistrate at the Ikeja Magistrate Court, Lagos, yesterday Thursday dispatched a former keyboardist of the Household of God Church, Dafiaghor Okiotor, to prison for contempt of court.

The magistrate, Mrs Oshodi Makanjuola, while accusing Mr. Okiotor of flouting her directives to desist from posting the court proceedings on social media; also announced that she is withdrawing from the case.

“I have two publications here,” Mrs. Makanjuola said, brandishing two pieces of paper.
“One is saying: Countdown to Reverend Okotie suit, let us find out if Okotie is too big to come to court. The other says: Hallelujah! Okotie Chris gets a dubious judgment…,” the magistrate read from the papers. “You even had the effrontery to publish my picture on a Sahara Reporters newspaper

Baby flushed down a toilet, mother claims baby fell into the toilet after she gave birth

The mother of the newborn baby boy flushed down a toilet in China watched in secret as rescuers plucked him alive from a sewer pipe.

The 22-year-old woman is believed to have raised the initial alarm but only confessed to police after they searched her rented room and found toys and blood-stained toilet paper, the Chinese state news agency reported.

Reps approve 14 years imprisonment for same sex marriage

The House of Representatives onThursday May 29th approved 14 years imprisonment for persons who contracted same sex marriage in the country.

This was sequel to a clause-by-clause consideration of a Bill for an Act to prohibit marriage or union entered between persons of same sex, at the Committee of the Whole.

“Marriage or civil union entered between persons of same gender shall not be solemnised in any place of worship, either church or mosque or any place in Nigeria,” it said.

JTF uncovers Lebanese terror cell in Kano

The Joint Task Force on Thursday said it had uncovered a Lebanon-based Hezbollah armoury and terror cell in Bompai, Kano State.

The force, which said it found large cache of arms and ammunition, also confirmed the arrest of three persons in connection with the armoury and the cell.

A Lebanese national currently out of the country reportedly owns the premises where the armoury and the cell were found at No 3, Gaya Road, Off Bompai Road in the ancient city.

If I can predict, they wouldn’t want to do what I do because they have better opportunities and better futures than mine. All I do now is to secure a better future for them so they don’t have to go through what I went through in my life time. Mind you, I tell my daughters everything I do. I even told them about this project, the nature of it, but I could not show them because they are not up to 18 yet. I just had to prepare them in case they run into it on the Internet, they won’t be shocked. So don’t worry about my daughters, they are the best children any mother could ever ask for and I thank God for the gift.
