Jealous ex-girlfriend sets rival on fire in Enugu

Enugu
According to a report by Sunnewsonline.com, a 20 year old girl allegedly set ablaze the 22 year old new love interest of her ex-boyfriend. Cynthia Onah reportedly went to her ex-boyfriend's house at Onugba Nike area in Enugu State late at night with a gallon of fuel and emptied its content on Chinwe Igwe, her ex's girlfriend, who was sleeping. The incident took place on August 24th.

The Commissioner of Police Enugu State, Mr. Mohammed Adamu described the incident as very unfortunate. “It is terrible that a girl because of jealousy would set another girl on fire simply because they are befriending the same boy.”

CP Adamu explained that on that fateful day, Cynthia had in connivance with another suspect, one Obiora Chukwuegbo stormed Chika’s home and set Chinwe on fire. It was only the assistance of  neighbours that Chinwe was rescued through the window as the fire consumed the room. She was said to have been taken to a private hospital before she was transferred to Annunciation Specialist Hospital  Emene, Enugu State where she is still receiving treatment.

Kris Jenner Set Up Lamar Odom For Ratings?

Insiders claim Kris Jenner set up Lamar Odom to exploit his drug and cheating scandal for their reality show. This is hearsay but read and see if you believe it.

From Crazy Days and Nights

Lamar Odom got a message to call Khloe Kardashian. He called her and then she told him to call back in a few minutes. Before he called back she was told by Kris Jenner to get to Kris' house so the call could be filmed.

When Lamar called back Khloe put him on speaker which he wasn't expecting and wasn't expecting the entire family to be listening and involved in the call. Apparently they spilled out every rumor and fact that has been going on with him and his affairs and drug use and said if he went to rehab they wouldn't use the footage but that if he didn't it would show that they all cared about him and did their best.

Apparently the reason Khloe dropped the Odom from her Instagram was they are making an episode about the couple getting divorced and her changing it was filmed.

Banky W is single again, says Nigerian entertainment industry is more fame than fortune

BankyAndrea
In an interview with Nigerian Tribune yesterday, Banky W opened up about his relationship status. When asked if he was in a relationship, Banky replied 'Not at the moment.' Guess his relationship with Ghanaian beauty Andrea Giaccaglia has packed up. Anyway Mr Capable also reacted to the Forbes/Channel O list of the Top 10 Most Bankable African artists 2013 where he was placed at No.10, Banky says the Nigerian entertainment industry is more fame than money. When asked how he felt about the list, Banky replied
I don’t believe very much in such things. Let’s be honest, the real wealthy people are the businessmen like Dangote and the politicians (some of whom got there by looting Nigeria). They’re the ones with real money. This entertainment business is too much hype. It is more fame than fortune. So I’m not thrilled by it and I don’t think any of us should buy into it too much. I’d rather be wealthy and quiet than famous and broke.

Olusegun Obasanjo's sister owns Apo building where squatters were killed

Olusegun Obasanjo
The uncompleted building where security forces killed at least seven squatters on Friday September 20, in the Apo neighbourhood of Abuja, belongs to Mrs. Adunni Oluwole Salisu, believed to be the sister to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Pemium Times reports exclusively.

Documents from the Abuja Geographical Information Systems (AGIS) shows that the property, located at No. 8 Bamanga Tukur Street, Gudu District, near the Gudu cemetery, belongs to Mrs. Salisu.

Mrs Adunni Oluwole Salusi was said to have engaged the services of SSS operatives led by Marilyn Ogah and combined team of soldiers to get the squatters out of her building. Unfortunately 7 people were killed in the operation though the SSS said they stormed the uncompleted building because they got intelligence report that Boko Haram members were hiding in the building and were planning to strike Abuja.

Governor Babatunde Fashola and his ''Apology'' - by Femi Fani Kayode

Babatunde FasholaFemi Fani Kayode
The deportation of Igbos to Anambra state by the Lagos State Government a few months back was what sparked off all the Igbo/Yoruba bashing that happened online recently, most popular was the piece written by controversial former minister Femi Fani Kayode, which led to him being 'sued' by one prominent Igbo lady..:-). Yesterday governor Fashola apologized to the igbos for the incident...and FFK doesn't think he should have apologize. Read what he wrote below...

There can be little doubt that the relocation of the 19 igbo destitute from Lagos state a few months ago was a lawful exercise and that it was done in the interest of Lagos state. Consequently I do not believe that Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola ought to have tendered any form of apology whatsoever to the igbo for what he did. The only redeeming factor is the fact that the apology was obviously designed simply to calm frayed nerves and I commend Fashola for that gesture if nothing else. I say this because my understanding is that he apologised NOT for the deportation itself but for ''the misunderstanding that arose from it''. There is a world of difference between the two. I also commend him for admonishing the igbo to develop their own region and to decide whether they are ''igbo before they are Nigerians or Nigerians before they are igbo''.

Chinese man has new nose grown on his forehead after losing his nose in a car accident

A 22 year old Chinese man named Xiaolian has had a new nose grown on his forehead after loosing his original nose in a car accident. Xiaolian had the treatment to create a replacement for his original nose which was infected and deformed following the accident in 2012. He actually left his damaged nose unattended to after the accident which led to the infection and eventual deformity, leaving the surgeons unable to repair it.
