"All the strike ASUU had embarked upon in this country were basically because the Federal Government failed to honour agreements freely entered with us. It is also sad that each time before we begin the strike, we would give the government enough warnings and grace to make them retrace their steps. But they always fail. We don’t know why the government is always unwilling to implement the documents signed by their representatives. However, we will continue to fight for the system because if the system collapses, we will collapse with it.”

"It had to do with some of the pictures I took recently. Actually I did a film beginning of November. The owner of the film called me and said he needed some recent pictures. He said he wanted me looking flashy and all that. Something that can catch people's mind and eyes. So I took those pictures and I put it up on Facebook and Twitter, that was all. The next thing (it was on all the blogs) and people were hating me. I felt bad because it was based on lies. I'm not angry at people that were hating me because it was based on what they were given that they are acting on. I didn't bleach, I will never bleach, I will always be myself." One of the passengers who spoke with Saturday Tribune said the about 31 passengers of the plane were already seated before the incident.
“We first observed that engineers were frantically fiddling with the plane’s engine. Then we suddenly saw smoke. It is not funny at all. All of us, including a senator, rushed out of the plane.

What will it take a man to date you?
There is nothing a man can give to me. I like someone who is honest and cute, because I don’t like ugly guys. If you also have the fear of God in you, even if you don’t have money, though I know money is important, I would consider. But, looking at me, there is no way God would not bless me with someone who has money.
I’m writing to condemn the recent anti-gay bill signed into law by our President Jonathan Goodluck. This law – which contains penalties of up to 14 years in prison for anyone in a same-sex marriage or civil union, 10 years for anyone who attends a same-sex wedding, 10 years for anyone involved with an LGBT organization, and even 10 years for anyone who shows affection for someone of the same sex – should be cast out. Since the law was passed, police across Nigeria have begun arresting and torturing dozens of our fellow citizens suspected of being gay. Don’t forget that in some of our states, if you are found guilty of being gay, you could be stoned to death.
First of all, this law was unnecessary. There is not space in the existing constitution for gay marriage. Our constitution is very definitive of marriage as a union between man and woman. I see the signing in of this law for what it was: a cheap shot by an under-achieving government to discriminate against people because they are different.
While, I don’t consider myself a person that should write a book, or give advice on relationships, what I will share is my personal perspective.

This should serve as the official statement confirming the end to the marriage formalized on Friday, November 16th 2012 between the CEO of ABD Fuels Plc, Mr. Juwon Rasak Lawal and actress Uche Iwuji.
Already, the court processes are on to give a legal seal to the separation.
Mr. Lawal was in Europe on a business tour when the story first broke through the media. This was the reason why he could not react appropriately to it, plus the fact that he felt the event could be redeemed.
Although, he would not want to talk about the reasons for the separation, Mr. Lawal is not married anymore to Miss Iwuji. And he will like to treat his estranged wife’s case as “once a friend, always a friend”. Status & Living Media - Publicist
