It was a moment of conquest, happiness and fulfillment for Robots for Christ, a Benin-based entertainment duo and contestants in the season two of the Airtel-sponsored Nigeria’s Got Talent reality show as they beat nine other finalists to the N10 Million grand prize.

Robots for Christ was declared the winner by NGT presenter, Andre Blaize at a grand finale held at the weekend at the Dream Studios in Lagos before the three celebrity judges, Dan Foster, Kate Henshaw and Yibo Koko and thousands of guests chief among which include the management and staff of Airtel Nigeria, the lead sponsor, management and staff of Optima Media Group, Malta Guinness and members of the media.

Every day, another weird story. Trained lawyer Cherrelle Campbell (pictured above before and after her procedure) paid $2,500 to undergo dimpleplasty on both cheeks to get the dimples she's always wanted.

'I've always loved dimples but I wasn't blessed to be given big ones.When God was giving out dimples I was at the back of the queue. I find myself on the street or watching TV and anyone with dimples stands out to me. I was online with my friend and we were basically having a joke as to what procedures you could do and you couldn't do, and I was like: "wow, I didn't know you could have your dimples done. I gave it a bit of thought, contacted them and here I am. I wanted really deep ones so every time I smile, they're there and I'm glad it's for life as well. It's not something I'm going to have to repeat which is good.'

Cherrelle said she didn't expect such deep holes but knows she will love them

"I was impressed as I didn't think they were going to be that deep, it's mixed feelings. Once it has healed, I know I will love it.'

According to a report by Sahara Reporters, President Jonathan has asked his Chief of Staff, Mike Oghiadome to resign. Oghiadohme, 55, was indicted by security operatives in the messy financial misappropriation scandal currently rocking the NNPC.

Oghiadome was a two-term serving deputy Governor of Edo State under Lucky Igbinedion. His sack is with immediate effect.

22 year old Femi Junaid stabbed to death in London

22year old Babafemi Junaid (pictured above) was found with stab wounds in a car which had collided with a bus around 6pm on Friday February 7th.

The police believe Femi had been stabbed in Clapham Road, near Stockwell underground station, south London and had then got into his car which then collided with the bus as he tried to drive away.

Femi, who is from Peckham, was rushed to the hospital where he later died. A Metropolitan Police statement said a murder investigation is now under way. No arrests have so far been made.

23 year old college football defensive lineman Michael Sam has announced that he's gay. During an interview wth ESPN yesterday Sunday Feb. 9th, Sam said "I'm Michael Sam. I'm a football player and I'm gay. I just want to own my truth before anyone breaks a story about me."

With this admission, if he's drafted into the NFL (which most believe he will), he'll become the first openly homosexual in the NFL.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has accused the Federal Govt of failing to honor one of the agreements it entered with FG before last year's six-month-old strike was called off.

FG had promised the release of N20billion at the beginning of every quarter for infrastructural development of all Universities during its negotiations with ASUU.
In a media parley with newsmen at the University of Ibadan yesterday, the National Treasurer of ASUU, Dr. Ademola Aremu lamented the failure of Government to honour agreements with ASUU..

"All the strike ASUU had embarked upon in this country were basically because the Federal Government failed to honour agreements freely entered with us. It is also sad that each time before we begin the strike, we would give the government enough warnings and grace to make them retrace their steps. But they always fail. We don’t know why the government is always unwilling to implement the documents signed by their representatives. However, we will continue to fight for the system because if the system collapses, we will collapse with it.”

Billionaire businessman and Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote in company of the Lagos state Governor, Babatunde Fashola was at the Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos yesterday Sunday Feb. 9th to woo the inhabitants of the community to give up their lands which is expected to be used to develop Dangote's proposed Refinery and Petrochemical Project, which is one of the Lagos Free Trade Zone Projects.

According to Sahara Reporters, cars and cash gifts were used to lure the people which they refused but was accepted by their village heads. Obafemi Martins sends birthday message to baby mama

After almost 2 years together, Obafemi Martins and his third baby mama, Abigail Barwuah (Mario Balotelli's older sister) are still going strong. The footballer sent a birthday shout out to her and posted the pic above (right) on his instagram page. Abigail replied that she's crazy in love. The lovers welcomed a son in October 2013.

Paul Okoye and fiancee Anita Isama to wed March 22 in Port Harcourt

According to a press statement released this evening by P-Square publicist, Bayo Adetu, Paul Okoye, one half of the P-Square music duo, has picked March 22nd, 2014 for his traditional wedding with sweetheart, Anita Isama.

The ceremony will hold at Aztech Arcum Events Centre, Port Harcourt in Rivers State. The lovebirds already have a son, Andre. Big congrats to them.

Bruce Jenner gradually turning himself into a woman (Photos)

The former Olympic athlete and Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star Bruce Jenner is reportedly gradually transforming himself into a feminine version his old self. The 64-year-old father of six is rumoured to have recently undergone a procedure to shave down his Adam's apple, a procedure typically done on patients who are in the first stage of gender reassignment

TMZ reports that Bruce has gone through other changes as well, including growing out his hair and nails in a pronounced way. And he seems to be growing breasts.

In a video which she posted herself on Youtube, actress Thelma Okhaz denied bleaching her skin and explains that the photos which went viral online many days back were pics she took for a movie. (See here). Thelma says she didn't bleach and will never bleach.

"It had to do with some of the pictures I took recently. Actually I did a film beginning of November. The owner of the film called me and said he needed some recent pictures. He said he wanted me looking flashy and all that. Something that can catch people's mind and eyes. So I took those pictures and I put it up on Facebook and Twitter, that was all. The next thing (it was on all the blogs) and people were hating me. I felt bad because it was based on lies. I'm not angry at people that were hating me because it was based on what they were given that they are acting on. I didn't bleach, I will never bleach, I will always be myself."
