I think Beyonce is humming silently and dancing while seated to a song in her head...main while the video have sparked speculations about her mental state. It shows the superstar singer slowly rocking back and forth at the Brooklyn Nets game the other night. Below is how Gawker describes it

Ebola: Nigerian man banned from work in the UK after visiting Nigeria

Sam Ogunnoiki, who works as a security guard at Stout Security Ltd headquartered in Cornwall, UK, has been told not to go to work over fears he may have Ebola after visiting Nigeria.

The 46 year old British citizen, faces a three-week quarantine from his employers who told him that he needs to get the all-clear from a British doctor before he can go back to work. Below is the letter (in full) his direct boss sent to him
"I have spoken to you and expressed my very deep concerns about your trip to Nigeria. Several members of staff have now voiced their concerns about the possibility of your carrying the Ebola virus back with you and have made it very clear that they are extremely reluctant to work with you on your return."

Pics: Nigerian police set to extradite UK murder suspect, Jeffrey Okafor

The Nigerian government is getting set to extradite Jeffrey Azuka Okafor (middle), who is wanted by the UK police for the murder of Carl Beatson Asiedu, who was stabbed to death on August 1st 2009 outside a UK nightclub (read here). The 23 year old fled to Nigeria after the murder but was arrested on September 23rd 2014 in Asaba, Delta state after a diligent search by the Nigerian police.

Car dealer who specializes in buying stolen cars paraded in Lagos State

48 year old Alhaji Mahmud Abdulakeen Tanko (pictured left) has been arrested and paraded by the Lagos state Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, for selling cars he buys from a gang of armed robbers who specialize in snatching cars in Abuja. (right are some of the recovered cars)
According to police, Tanko was arrested in Abuja after a member of the robbery gang that supplies him with stolen cars was arrested in Rivers state and confessed. Tanko was paraded alongside four others identified as Musa Yusuf, 27, Israel Nana, 30, Moses Andrel, 25 and Abayomi Adebayo, 53.

According to PM News, when interrogated, Tanko said he was aware the young men supplied him with stolen cars but buys them because they are cheap and helped him to maximize his profit. He said he was not a robber for purchasing from the thieves.

UK to return former Delta Governor James Ibori's £6.8m loot to Nigeria

The UK has agreed to return an additional £6.8m to Nigeria from the money seized from jailed former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori.

This was revealed by UK Metropolitan Police Senior Investigator, Mr. Rupert Broad, yesterday November 4th in London according to a report by NAN. Out of the £8 million confiscated from Ibori, £1.2 million had so far been returned to Nigeria.

PDP secretariat in Gombe reportedly attacked by Boko Haram

According to an eyewitness who spoke with The Nation, Boko Haram men yesterday attacked the PDP Secretariat in Gombe where they opened fire and killed many people. This was after carrying out an attack on the Nafada Divisional Police headquarters in Nafada LGA earlier.
"In Nafada, they went straight to the police station and opened fire. From there, they went to the PDP Secretariat and the local government secretariat and opened fire on each of the places." the eye witness said

21 year old Nigerian man charged for murder in the UK

A 21 year old Nigerian man, Sodiq Adebayo, who resides in Ilford, has been charged to court in the UK for the murder of 22 year old Noor Hassan Barre (pictured above).

According to London24 news, Sodiq and another man, 20 year old Kevin Mao stabbed Noor in the chest during a fight in the early hours of Friday October 31st at the Middlesex University in Hendon UK. Noor was rushed to the Northwick Park hospital where he died.

Sodiq and Kevin are scheduled to appear before the Barkingside and Wimbledon Magistrates court respectively tomorrow.

Boko Haram: Gombe state government shuts down all schools

Following the recent attacks by Boko Haram members in the state, the Gombe state government has ordered the closure of all public and private schools in the state. Parents who took their children to school this morning were asked to take them back home following the directive by the state govt which was sent out to all school heads in a circular yesterday evening.

The Permanent Secretary, Gombe state Government House, Sani Jauro confirmed the closure to NAN but said it was just a "normal mid-term break for students".
