Kim K's mobile phone game 'Kim Kardashian Hollywood', pulled in $43million in three months, between June to September 2014, and her own cut is roughly about $15million. Balling! The game has been downloaded 22.8 million times since it was launched in June.

Military helicopter on surveillance crashes in Adamawa

A Nigerian military helicopter on surveillance mission has crashed in Damariea in Girei Local Government Area of the state. Residents of the area said the helicopter crashed close to the temporary camp of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, which is now being used as a camp for Internally Displaced people in the state.

Photos: Man arrested with cocaine concealed in women shoes

A 27 year old man named Mama Solomon (pictured left) was arrested recently by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA at the Murtala Mohammed airport after cocaine was found concealed inside the female shoes he brought in from Brazil.

Parading the suspect before newsmen, the NDLEA commander at MMIA Lagos, Hamza Umar, said the cocaine was found in the luggage compartment of an Etihad Airline flight from Brazil to Nigeria.

"The suspect claimed to be a shoe merchant, however, during interrogation it was revealed that he only used the shoes as a way of concealing cocaine. He had two bags containing female shoes and hand bags. The drug was discovered in the soles of the female shoes and he was immediately arrested,” he said.

New photos show Shekau inside ‘Boko Haram-controlled town’

The photo above is a screen grab taken from a new purported Boko Haram video released by the sect and obtained exclusively by AFP. It shows Boko Haram fighters parading with about three tanks in an unidentified town they had apparently taken over.

Below is how PM News reported it...

It was not possible to tell whether the footage was staged for propaganda purposes, especially scenes of residents cheering Islamist fighters. The message appeared to be aimed at reinforcing Shekau’s claim that he has created a caliphate within Nigeria.

In the 44-minute video, Boko Haram voices support for other so-called caliphates, including the one proclaimed in Iraq and Syria by the Islamic State (IS) group.

Nuhu Ribadu's younger brother kidnapped in Adamawa State

Unknown gunmen yesterday November 9th kidnapped the younger brother of former Chairman of the EFCC, Nuhu Ribadu. According to reports, Sani Ribadu was kidnapped around 5pm yesterday at his farm along Fufore Road in Yola, Adamawa state capital. The kidnappers are yet to contact the family.

Sad. Renowned preacher Myles Munroe and wife die in plane crash in Bahamas

Internationally renowned gospel leader, transformational leader, business coach and author of many motivational books, Dr. Myles Munroe and his wife, Ruth Ann, died in a plane crash in the Bahamas yesterday Nov. 9th. The couple and 7 others (pictured above moments before boarding the plane) were killed after the Lear 36 executive private jet they were traveling in struck a crane at the grand Bahamas ship yard, as it approached for landing, exploding on impact.

The plane which had nine people on board left the Lynden Pindling International Airport and was trying to make a landing at the Grand Bahama International Airport when it crashed. Everybody was killed.

"Chinese men are approaching me for marriage" - Comedienne Princess

In a recent interview with Yes! magazine, comedienne Damilola Adekoya popularly known as Princess said she's been getting a lot of marriage proposals from men since her marriage collapsed. She said some of these men asking for her hand in marriage are even Chinese.

"Plenty people have been coming from all over the world since the first day my marriage broke up. Even Chinese men too. I don't know. I don't understand because it is like they googled and watched my videos and a lot of them have also read about my marriage break up and they will tell me that they had wanted to marry me o! Bomb blast in Senior Sec. School in Yobe, at least 20 students killed

A bomb went off this morning November 10th during Assembly at the Senior Science Secondary School Potiskum, Yobe state, an all boys school. The bomber is believed to be a student who was on the assembly ground with other students. At least 20 students were killed while several others were injured. Details later...

Gunmen assassinate Nassarawa Governor's head driver

The Head Driver to the Nassarawa state Governor, Umaru Al-Makura, Abdullahi Mairuwa, was shot dead this morning November 8th by unknown gunmen while he was traveling with his wife to his hometown in Keana Local Government Area of the state.

Mr Mairuwa, who was in charge of all the drivers at the government house, was shot dead at Tudun Adabu Rd along the Obi-Keana-Awe round-about after his car was intercepted by the assassins. He was reportedly shot dead at close range. His wife, who was in the care with him, was not harmed.
