Our attention has been drawn to a report titled “Fani-Kayode blasts Jonathan; says President is leaving legacy of ‘destruction and disaster’”, being circulated in the social media, and wish to put the records straight once and for all. The statement being referred to was lifted from media reports of April 25, 2013 (two years ago), during the sojourn of Chief Femi Fani-Kayode in the All Progressives Congress (APC).
"For me as an individual, this Easter coincides with the time I am leaving but I always say that I am one of the luckiest Nigerians. I am yet to see somebody luckier than me.
From 1999, I was in the hands of government for 16 years. Not just in government as a parliamentarian because if you are a senator or House of Representatives member, you take care of yourself, you live in your own house. I was in a cage, being taken care of by the government for 16 good years. I think it is enough and I am happy. Help me to thank God for that and I will continue to thank Nigerians for giving me that privilege. Wherever I will be, I will remain grateful to this great country.” he said
Firstly I never said if APC survives "call me a bastard" what I said was that " I will change my name" that is the truth. So the prerogative of changing my name is mine. Bastard is not an alternative. But u can continue to say that if it gives u the kick. I really and truly don't care.
Secondly if I make a prediction it is my right to do so. A prediction is essentially what it is... A forecast or projected statement about the future. It does not have to come to pass.
“If you give education to a man or woman, you have empowered them to be productive. There is no better way to empowerment,” Mr. Buhari said.
