Former Nigerian Super Eagles World Cup star, Efetobore Sodje and his brothers have been charged with fraud offences after an investigation by the National Crime Agency, UK.
Efetobore Sodje, 34, Bright Sodje, 50, Samuel Sodje, 37, and Stephen Sodje, 42, were charged with fraudulent trading on Friday 21 October and bailed until 14 November 2016, when they will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court.

Judges to declare assets before and after delivering judgment - NJC
As part of efforts to address the alleged corrupt practices of some judges in the judiciary, the National Judicial Council, NJC, yesterday issued a directive to all judges presiding in “sensitive and highly visible trials such as election petition proceedings” to declare their assets before they begin proceedings on such cases and immediately after they give judgement on such cases.
This directive will be reflected in the new code of conduct for judicial officers which is currently being reviewed by a 10-man Judicial Ethics Committee set up by NJC.

The immediate past minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Bala Mohammed, was reportedly arrested by EFCC yesterday October 24th. According to Vanguard, he was arrested over suspected multiple criminal breaches, questionable schemes and alleged breaches while in office. His arrest followed a series of petitions filed against him by individuals and group since 2013.
