President Donald Trump signs order to start building Mexico border wall

As promised during his campaign, Donald Trump has ordered the start of his proposed border wall with Mexico. In an interview with ABC yesterday, the President claimed construction would start "within months" and Mexico would pay "100%" of the costs back, which experts say could cost up to $25 billion. Mexico has repeatedly said it will not pay for the wall.

An anomaly was discovered in Carter's submission following a decision by International Olympic Committee (IOC) to retest 454 doping samples from Beijing using the latest scientific analysis methods. It was found to contain banned stimulant, methylhexaneamine.

Madonna set on adopting two more children from Malawi

Pop star Madonna has filed for the adoption of two more children from Malawi. According to Dailymail, the 58-year-old singer appeared before a High Court judge on Wednesday to make the application. It is now up to the court to decide whether to grant the adoption order, Malawi government spokesman Mlenga Mvula said.
In July, Madonna and her family visited the African nation and while there, she checked on a medical centre she is supporting in the southern city of Blantyre

Two Kenyan and 90 Somalis deported from the United States

A plane carrying 90 Somalis and two Kenyans landed at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Wednesday, January 25, after deportation from the United States.

Immigration and airport officials confirmed the arrival of the group but no details were immediately available on reasons for their deportation.

Gambian president Adama Barrow to return to the country tomorrow
