We in the Presidency see what Fayose does as comic relief - Femi Adesina says

Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina says the presidential media team never respond to statements from Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, because they see it as comic relief. Adesina said this in an interview with Jamz 100.1 fm this weekend.

"For us as a policy, we don't respond to Governor Fayose and you would hardly hear us speak about him because we see what he does as comic relief. So we leave it at that"he said

UK government issues statement on James Ibori’s release

The British government , Sunday, issued a statement to the effect that former Governor James Onanefe Ibori was deported to Nigeria following the conclusion of his jail term in Britain. Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Shehu Garba, says that the elongation of President Buhari's vacation in the UK is not an indication that he is seriously ill. In an interview with Premium Times, Garba stated that Buhari is not very ill and also not hospitalized
