Fire destroys parts of Ryan Seacrest's $50m mansion

On Sunday, February 19, 2017, Ryan Seacrest's $50 million mansion caught fire and left some heavy damage in its wake. Ryan shared a photo of the aftermath showing some burned out structures, but he added, "Thank god everyone is ok."

Ryan bought the sprawling Beverly Hills estate from Ellen DeGeneres back in 2012 for $49 mil. The 9,200 sq ft home sits on nearly 3 acres.

Brooklyn, the first child of celebrity couple, David and Victoria Beckham, has revealed he never knew his parents were celebrities until he turned 13, saying he always saw them as normal parents.
Victoria, was a member of the then famous Spice girls pop group and is now a fashion designer, while David was a former England, Manchester and Real Madrid footballer, and even though Brooklyn regularly visited stadiums with his father he says he never grasped their celebrity status till later on in his young life.

Nigeria Customs Service donate seize bags of rice, cartons of Spaghetti, gallons of vegetable oil to IDP camps in Borno state (photos)

The Nigeria Customs Service today donated 36, 822 bags of rice, 7,752 Jerry cans of vegetable oil, 727 cartoons of vegetable oil, 3,003 cartoons of spaghetti and 59 bags of second hand shoes to IDP camps in Borno state. The items were handed over to the state governor, Kashim Shettima.

While receiving the items, Governor Shettima said the items donated are in good conditions with some of them having expiry dates of 2018, 2019.  See more photos after the cut..

At least eight people were arrested in Portland, Oregon, after a small group protesting President Donald Trump clashed with the police. The demonstrators, who did not have a permit, spilled out onto the streets outside the Federal Building and failed to heed the warnings of police in tactical gear.

The protest was just one of several held across the country as part of the 'not my Presidents' Day' rallies against Trump.

NAFDAC investigates "NAFDAC Number" on imported Indian packaged garri

As reports of an imported Indian garri sold in Nigerian supermarkets went viral, the The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), has reacted to the report, after being accused of supporting the product. The food and drug agency, disclosed that preliminary investigation into the imported garri product, revealed that it had no NAFDAC number.

A dog brutalized a 5 year old girl at the Ikorodu area of Lagos state yesterday February 20th. No cause for worry, I needed a longer period of rest - Pres Buhari to Nigerians

According to police report, the incident occurred on Sunday 19 February, 2017 at Ajebo Village in Ijebu-Igbo area of Ogun State.
