Dandara dos Santos, a 42yr old transsexual woman in Brazil was dragged from her home by a group of thugs who kicked, punched, and hit with shoes and a plank of wood in front of residents in Fortaleza, Ceara state, Brazil. Police released footage of the sickening attack in a bid to find the perpetrators.

Ex governor of the now defunct Western State of Nigeria, Major General Adeyinka Adebayo dies at 89

Robert Adeyinka Adebayo was the former governor of the now defunct Western State of Nigeria, 1966–1971. And one of the founders/Vice Chairman of the National Party of Nigeria (NPN) (1979 -1983), Alliance for Democracy. His eldest son Otunba Niyi Adebayo was a governor of Ekiti State from 1999 to 2003.

He died this morning at the age of 89. May his soul rest in peace, amen.

Veteran actor Prince James Uche has died

Veteran actor Prince James Uche who has been battling with Diabetes, Blindness, BP and kidney disease, has died. He died this afternoon March 8th at a private medical hospital in Festac town where he had been for two years now. He had been unconcious for the past 5 days and was on his way for dialysis in an ambulance when he died at 2:15pm. He was scheduled to travel to India this Saturday for further treatment. He was 55 years old.

He is survived by a wife and three children. May his soul rest in peace, Amen.

I stayed back in my marriage, not because of my child, but because I loved my husband with all of my heart. I stayed because he begged me to stay a couple of times. The Police also seized 15 grams Cocaine, one Maestro Bike with registration No. B.No.AP13AE7431 and three Cell phones, from the accused.

Three Nigerian banks are reportedly set to take over the management of telecommunications company, Etisalat, over unpaid N541.8 billion debt. According to reports, Etisalat had obtained a loan facility totalling $1.72 billion (about N541.8 billion) in 2015 from a consortium of some foreign and Nigerian banks including Guaranty Trust Bank, Access Bank and Zenith Bank.
