A young boy simply identified as Caleb allegedly butchered his mother in the early hours of today in Benin City, Edo State. The tragic incident happened at Iyamu Street off Textile Mill Road in Benin City.
According to online report, the boy killed his mother and completely smashed her head with a bottle. See the extremely graphic photos below (viewers discretion advised)

Woman turns herself in after killing her German husband (photos)

An elderly German was strangled to death by his Thai wife on Monday night, September 24, at their home in Phuket,Thailand.

52-year-old Nirandorn Pratumsin entered Chalong Police Station at around 10pm and told the duty officer she had murdered her foreign husband following an argument.

One Chief Charles Nzechi has put a smile on the face of an old homeless widow in Abia State. According to a Facebook post, Mrs Onyemechi Nwanmo from Isiadu Afarata Ibeku in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State, had been living in a dilapidated mud house for years.  Fortunately for her, she caught the attention of Charles Nzechi who later demolished the mud house and built a new bungalow for her.

Amodu who sells bread for a living, is standing trial alongside one other person, Hammed Isiaka, for alleged conspiracy and armed robbery attack that was committed in August 2014.

As earlier reported, the rapper was arrested Saturday in Georgia by Brookhaven PD after he was pulled over for tinted windows. According to the police report, the cop searched Thug's Maybach because it smelled like marijuana and found drugs, 2 guns and almost $50k in cash.

Delta State House of Assembly suspends lawmaker for alleged gross misconduct

The Delta House of Assembly on Wednesday, suspended one of its members, Hon. Reuben Izeze over alleged misconduct. Hon. Izeze, the representative of Ughelli South state constituency, was suspended for three months for bringing the House to disrepute.

The lawmaker’s suspension followed a motion moved by the assembly’s Majority Leader, Mr Tim Owhefere, during the legislative body’s plenary session.

A 28-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping two children in Ogun State and demanding N300,000 ransom.

Abiodun Joseph allegedly kidnapped Tobiloba Aleshiloye, 12, and Yussuf Kudus, 8, on September 15 at Agbara in Ogun State. He then demanded a ransom of N150,000 on each child. Joseph was eventually arrested in a hotel in Ibadan, Oyo state and the victims were rescued.

At the time of the fire outbreak, TeeBeeO and his wife Queenneth Tariah were at home but the pair were unhurt. Taking to Instagram to share photos and video from the damages done to his apartment, the producer blamed PHCN's ‘destructive’ voltage surge for the fire incident.
