Breaking: Monkey Pox hits Lagos state, 2 suspected cases recorded..

The Lagos State Government has revealed that two suspected cases of Monkey Pox have been recorded in the state.
The commissioner for Health, Dr.  Jide Idris disclosed this at a news conference on Monday, saying that the two suspected cases were currently being investigated in the state.

4 Nigerian judges begin secret trials of Boko Haram terrorists

The BBC is reporting that Nigeria has now started the trials of thousands of suspects accused of being involved with the militant Islamist group Boko Haram.

Sources at the ministry of justice confirm to BBC that four judges have started their trials at the military detention facility in Kainji town, north-central Niger state, where more than 1,600 suspects are being kept.

Scores killed, 15 injured as petrol tanker explodes along Kaduna-Abuja highway

Scores were killed and about 15 injured on Sunday, when a petrol tanker lost control and went up in flames at Tafa Kagarko Local Government Area, along the Kaduna-Abuja highway.

It was gathered that the explosions occurred after a tanker loaded with petroleum products dodged collision on the highway with a commercial Golf car, skidded off the highway and burst into fire. 17 houses were also destroyed in the inferno.
