Prince Harry and his girlfriend Meghan Markle are engaged. They got engaged earlier this month after the queen gave Harry permission to marry her after dating for a year and a half but it was just announced this morning by Kessington Palace, which said their wedding will take place in the spring of 2018. Congrats to them!

Meghan, 36, who is a divorced American actress, will become the Duchess of Sussex when she marries the fifth in line to the throne and joins the royal family.

Ojay rented a billboard at CMS, a very busy location in Marina, Lagos to propose to Tamilore. The billboard highlighted the attributes Tamilore has which endeared her to him. Federal Government recruits 2,190 tax officers

Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun says the Federal Government has recruited and trained 2,190 Community Tax Liaison Officers (CTLOs) under the Voluntary Assets and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS).

Adeosun, in a statement by her Special Adviser, Media and Communications, Mr Oluyinka Akintunde, said that 1,710 CTLOs had already been deployed to 33 states, out of the number recruited and trained.

Okada riders in Lagos get Tuesday deadline to wear approved uniform

Commercial motorcycle operators (okada riders) in Lagos State have been given till Tuesday to begin to wear approved reflective jackets while on the road or risk arrest.

The state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Edgal Imohimi, stated this while addressing the riders on Friday. Imohimi advised all operators to get registered for proper identification, warning that any unregistered operator found on the road from Tuesday would be arrested for illegal operation.

APC Chieftain and former Abia state governor, Orji Uzor Kalu, agrees with the Minister of Informatuion and Culture, Lai Mohammed, who believes that PDP will never return to power.
