RUBBISH. BELIEVE THIS AND YOU WILL BELIEVE ANYTHING. WHAT IS THEIR DEFINITION OF "POWERFUL?" IS IT MONEY, INFLUENCE OR FAME. APART FROM BARACK OBAMA, THE NEXT MOST POWERFUL BLACK MAN ON THE LIST IS DANGOTE. MEANING IF YOU TAKE OBAMA OUT OF IT, DANGOTE IS THE MOST POWERFUL BLACK MAN IN THE WORLD. IT MAKES NO SENSE.

We don't speak Chinese in Nigeria. I suggest they should tranlate their write ups into English before someone will come one day come to tranlate some stuff to us to mean "Nigerians are foolish therefore we can exploit them easly" that ♍y view.
