Ex-Governor Alimodu Sheriff breaks down as he tries to dissociate self from Boko Haram


Former Borno state governor Alimodu Sheriff broke down in tears during a press conference in Abuja yesterday as he tried to dissociate himself from Boko Haram. He'd been accused by Australian negotiator Stephen Davis of being a major sponsor of the sect. He vehemently denied this at the press conference.

    This is not a crying matter, foreigners can mention name(s) but what is the government doing. Hiding the sponsors of Boko Haram.

    I agree with you 100%. Defend yourself and stop looking for Sympathy. For the government we know they have failed.
