Senate President Bukola Saraki met with the Ayuba Wabba-led faction of the Nigeria Labor Congress NLC at the National Assembly today May 19th. The meeting was centered on ways of ending the faceoff between Labor and the presidency over the recent increase in pump price of petrol.

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Yakubu Dogara,
and members of the ad-hoc committee on deregulation, met with officials
from the Nigerian Labour Congress this evening. The delegation from NLC
was led by the President, Comrade Ayuba Wabba and the outcome of the
meeting is yet to be revealed.
