There was a massive protest in Sapele, Delta State this morning as residents of the community staged a protest over prolonged power outage and outrageous estimated bills. The angry protesters said they have not had power in the last one month, yet PHCN officials still bring outrageous bills to them. They blocked major federal roads that pass through their community.
