"We can't enforce parking for petrol tankers because we are not armed"- LASTMA boss says

The General Manager of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) Wale Musa, was on Radio this morning to talk about the traffic gridlock experienced in Apapa and other adjourning roads in the state.
