According to the News platform, an official at the State Correctional Institution in Chester, PA said the rapper was just transferred to the prison and out of Camp Hill. He says the Philly rapper is currently in general population and has his own cell.
This comes days after news surfaced that Meek was going to go crazy if he continued to be held in solitary confinement. The lawyers said prison officials were worried about Meek interacting with other inmates, so they had to put him in solitary because it's the only way they could protect him and keep him safe.

Meek Mill's been sprung from solitary confinement and moved to another prison with greener pastures ... literally.

We broke the story ... Meek wanted out of solitary because he feared it would take a severe toll on his mental state.
Meek can now hit up the yard in the morning or afternoon. He can ball out on the court or go for a jog. Should he fancy himself with a book, he can read it at the on-site library or in his cell. Gym time will depend on which job he ends up taking ... which, by the way, pays 19 cents an hour.
He'll be assigned a job and has 2 choices -- cleaning cells or cooking.Meanwhile, the judge who sentenced Meek Mill to 2-4 years for violating probation from his 2009 drug and weapons case is being investigated by the FBI.
