8 year old child bride dies from injuries after wedding night sex with 40 year old husband

An eight-year-old child bride has died in Yemen of internal bleeding sustained during her wedding night after being forced to marry a man five times her age, activists have claimed.

The girl, identified only as Rawan, died in the tribal area of Hardh in northwestern Yemen, which borders Saudi Arabia. Activists are now calling for the groom, who is believed to be around 40 years old, and her family to be arrested so they can face justice in the courts.

2-year-old toddler walked out of nursery all the way home after school door was left open

Amazing! A 2 year old girl Louise Hilton walked half a mile (15 mins walk) to her home after the doorman at her nursery school left the door open.

Dangote gets $3.3billion loan from 12 banks to build oil refinery

12 local and international banks have loaned Africa's richest man and foremost industrialist Aliko Dangote $3.3 billion to build Nigeria’s biggest petroleum refinery and petrochemical/fertilizer plants.

The banks are: Standard Chartered Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank, Fidelity Bank, Ecobank Nigeria, United Bank for Africa, Access Bank, Zenith Bank, Standard Bank of South Africa, Diamond Bank, First Bank Nigeria, First City Monument Bank, and FirstRand Bank.

Standard Chartered is the global co-ordinator, while Guaranty Trust Bank is the local co-ordinator.
