14yr old maid writes heartbreaking letter after her employer drugged & raped her

The police in Lagos State have arrested a man, identified only as Nathaniel, for allegedly drugging and raping his 14-year-old housemaid in the Ikotun area of the state.

PUNCH Metro learnt that Nathaniel, who stayed on Ajisegiri Street, in the Egbe area, was arrested by the Ikotun Police Division on Sunday.

It was gathered that the suspect allegedly lured his housemaid, Chinwe (pseudonym), with a cup of juice penultimate Monday, which contained a sedative.

According to a CNN/ORC organized poll for debate watchers, Hillary Clinton won Thursday morning's third and final US presidential election debate. She defeated Trump 52% to 39%. She's won all three debate polls conducted and organized by CNN.

After the debate, undecided voters who were interviewed by CNN were asked if the debate helped them decide which candidate they would vote for, 5 of them said Hilary Clinton, 10 said Donald Trump while 6 said they would vote third party.

Former First lady, Patience Jonathan, has filed a law suit against anti-corruption organization, Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project SERAP, over allegations of "vilification and breach of human rights".

The group last month petitioned the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, calling for the prosecution of Mrs Jonathan after $15 million was found in four controversial accounts which she laid claim to.

Emirates Airline to suspend flight operations to Abuja over inability to buy forex, threaten to leave Nigeria entirely

Emirates Airline has said it is cutting flight operations to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja effective October 22nd as part of its restructuring and loss saving effort.

Emirates has formally written the Minister of State, Aviation, Sen. Hadi Sirika over its intention to stop flight operations into Abuja following the airline's inability to buy forex and remit its sales.

The airline said it will also suspend Lagos operations indefinitely if things don't change.
