Femi Fani-Kayode, has explained why he attended the recent declaration of Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, to contest the 2019 presidential election. 

In a statement issued on Saturday, Fani-Kayode stated that he and Fayose shared similar qualities saying that the governor “would make an excellent president and effect the necessary changes and the restructuring that our country desperately needs'.

Breaking: 9-years after, OJ Simpson has been released from prison on parole

Former US football star and actor OJ Simpson has been released on parole after nine years in a Nevada jail. He had been serving time for armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and 10 other charges over a 2007 confrontation at a Las Vegas hotel.

Simpson was approved for early parole release in a board hearing in July. In 1995 he was infamously acquitted of the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goodman.

Ayo Fayose owes workers 8 months’ salaries - Ekiti NLC

The Nigeria Labour Congress in Ekiti State has disagreed with Governor Ayodele Fayose that workers in are owed only four months’ salaries. The State Chairman of the NLC, Ade Adesanmi, said state workers were owed about eight months’ salaries.

Fayose had, while appearing on a television station interview programme in Lagos on Thursday, claimed that workers were owed just four months’ salaries.

Nigerian Police uncovers Evan's multi-million naira truck company

The police has uncovered a multi-million naira truck yard that belongs to billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwumadike a.k.a Evans. One Ngozika Ezeokoye, said to be Evans’ secretary was also arrested. Ngozi, had reportedly gone into hiding upon her boss' arrest.
