Final photo show frail Hugh Hefner before his death

Playboy publisher, Hugh Hefner cut a tired and frail figure, in the last photograph taken of him before his death. Moving with the help of a walker and dressed in a pair of blue pyjamas, the Playboy founder looked a far cry from his party boy reputation, as he was supported by a carer.

The picture, taken in January, show the star suffering from the back infection he'd been diagnosed with two years prior.
