President of Liberia, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, arrived Imo state yesterday on a 2-day working visit. She was received by Governor Rochas Okorocha, his wife and members of his cabinet.

The Liberian president was later conferred with the Chieftaincy title 'Ada Di Oha Nma'  of Imo state. The Chieftaincy title was conferred on her by the Chairman of the State Council of Traditional Rulers, HRM, Eze Samuel Ohiri at the Eze Imo Palace Owerri on Thursday, November 9, 2017.

His publicist, Lori De Waal confirms he died of natural causes on Thursday at his home in Houston, Texas. A woman says she was left infertile after her biological dad repeatedly raped her when she was a child. Karen Wernham was just seven-years-old when her dad Dave began raping her multiple times a day. The rape continued until she was eight. Karen's parents had separated and she would visit her dad on weekends during which he would sexually assault her.

Karen said her dad even tried to convince her that the rapes would lead to him getting back together with her mother.

A fresh graduate of the Yaba College of Technology YABATECH, Oluwamuyiwa Oluwagbemileke Sir-Muel, committed suicide on Thursday, November 9th. The deceased who recently graduated from the Electrical and Electronics department, committed suicide by drinking a poisonous substance. On Wednesday, he shared a post on his Facebook page encouraging everyone to be strong in the face of adversity. His friends say he had complained to them how tough his life had been. Sadly, he couldn't hold it together anymore and decided to take his own life.

He is the second son and the third born of his family. Hours before his death, he put up a post on his wall, asking everyone to stand by his mum when he is gone. So sad! May his soul rest in peace Amen.

Man drugged, raped and murdered his own 14-year-old daughter then buried body in back yard

A father drugged, raped, and murdered his 14-year-old daughter and abused two other underage girls. Mark Mesiti, 49, confessed on Wednesday to committing the sickening crimes after evading justice for more than 11 years.

Alycia was reported missing in 2006 and Mesiti claimed she had gone on a camping trip with friends. Three years later detectives found her body buried in the back yard of Mesiti's home at the time in Ceres, California.
