16 year old girl dies of strange ailment after she was gang-raped by 4 boys in Lagos state

A 16-year-old girl simply identified as Bosede, has lost her life to a strange ailment she incurred after she was gang-raped by four boys at her home in Oke Eri area of Oworonsoki, Lagos on January 6th.

Vanguard reports that Bosede's father, Mutiu, said Bosede after the attack, fell terribly ill and after many tests without any knowledge as to what was really wrong with her, Bose died on November 4th. Narrating what happened to his daughter, Mutiu said

Former President Goodluck Jonathan, has advised former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, to reach out to his former boss, ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo, if he wants to fly the PDP's presidential flag come 2019. Ministry of Mines and Steel Development denies spending N700 million to create a website

The Ministry of Mines and Steel Development has released a statement denying online media reports that it spent N700m to create a website for the ministry. In the last one week, social media space has been rift of reports that the ministry used the whooping sum of money for the creation of websites. Nigerians including Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, went on their social media platforms to condemn the Ministry.

In a statement released this afternoon, the Ministry says it spent N700 million on IT Infrastructure, Human Capital and Civil Works for the Ministry and not for a website. Read the statement below

Young man stabs aunt to death for refusing to give him N30,000 for his rent

22-year-old Sunday Peter, from Obi Local Government Area, Benue State, has been arrested by detectives at the State Criminal Investigation Department of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command State, Abuja, for allegedly stabbing his aunt, Salome Idoko, 35, to death in her own house, just because she refused to give him money for his rent.
