The lawsuit was filed by Israel Law Center (ILC), which claims at its site, is an agency specializing in “the fight against terrorist organizations and the regimes that support them.”
The agency accuses Clinton and USAID (United States Agency for International Development) of having donated money on a regular basis, as well as other services, to the Palestine government, including agencies helping Palestinian refugees and other organizations working along the Western Jordan border and the Gaza Strip.
The agency claims Hillary and USAID never assured themselves that the money would not be used by terrorists.
With that money “the Palestine government could escape sanctions imposed by the American law”, according to the ILC.
The organization demands all transfers of funds are halted immediately until the parties involved are ready to “respect the American imposed ban to support terrorists.”
No one at the Obama administration has responded to the allegations.
