Oba of Benin welcomes singer Waje with gifts & blessings

The singer recently paid a visit to Benin City, Capital of her home state, Edo. As part of her brief visit, Waje paid a courtesy visit to the Oba of Benin; Omo N’Oba N’edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Erediauwa, CFR.

During the visit, Waje sang a belated happy birthday to the delighted Oba who later presented the Edo-born star with a personally ordered gift-bag. Waje’s visit continued with a courtesy call on the Commissioner of Information and Vibes, Rhythm and iNdependent Radio in Benin where she was able to relate with her Edo based fans over the radio.
