Meek Mill, was released from prison yesterday after his
two-to-four-year sentence for a probation violation stemming from a 2007
drug and weapons charge was overturned by the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania following series of appeals from his legal team
The
30-year-old rapper marked his freedom by ringing the Philadelphia 76ers
bell two hours after he left prison. He stepped on the court Tuesday
night and rang a Liberty Bell replica at the Philadelphia 76ers game
against Miami Heat.
Meek reportedly told players last night that he felt 'great' as he hugged them while wearing a Joel Embiid jersey.
