Kodak Black whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was on Monday, indicted by a grand jury in Florence County, of first-degree criminal sexual assault, according to TMZ.
A Florence County sheriff's deputy in a report said the assault took place in February 2016 after the rapper performed at the Treasure City nightclub in Florence, South Carolina.
The victim told authorities that Kodak Black invited her back to his hotel room after the show and he allegedly said he 'couldn't help himself'. Then he allegedly pushed the girl into a wall and onto a bed and then repeatedly bit her on the neck and breast before he raped her.
