The monarch was abducted last Monday April 2nd and taken to an unknown destination.

Recounting his ordeal in the hands of his abductors, the monarch who is receiving medical attention, told newsmen that his ATM card was taken from him and large sums of money was withdrawn from his account.

Oklahoma teacher posts photo of classroom supplies and goes viral

An Oklahoma teacher, whose classroom is underfunded, shared a photo of her class and it quickly blew up. Laurissa Kovacs, an art teacher from Puterbaugh Middle School in McAlester, Oklahoma, did not expect that her post would go viral, neither did she expect the outpouring of support she would get when she shared to her Facebook page a photo of a very dilapidated chair in her class, while revealing that she gets paid very little and still doesn't have enough to work with in class.

She said the dilapidated chair was just one of the many ways her classroom was underserved and underfunded.

Man dies inside a commercial cab in Lagos after he withdrew N100, 200 from an ATM

A middle-aged man identified as Muyibi died inside a commercial cab last week Friday April 6th in Ojota, Lagos state. The man had gone to withdraw N100, 200 from a UBA ATM in Ogudu and was on his way home when he boarded a commercial cab heading to Ojota.

He was found dead after he failed to give the cab driver his money when he was asked to. The cab driver who thought he was sleeping, came down to nudge him so he could wake up and pay him his money since they had gotten to the last busstop. Seeing that the man was not responding, the driver alerted passersby who tried to wake the man up to no avail.
